King Farm Condominium is a 92 unit condominium community that encompasses five buildings in Rockville, Maryland. The addresses of the buildings are 100, 101, 110 and 111 Watkins Pond Blvd and 333 Elmcroft Blvd.

The King Farm Citizens Assembly, Inc., is the master association that governs most aspects of the King Farm community. Like other condominium associations and residences in King Farm, the King Farm Condominium follows the Assembly’s governing documents. King Farm Condominium homeowners are eligible to vote in the yearly Assembly’s Board of Trustees elections.

In addition to the KFCA, the King Farm Conservancy, Inc., oversees certain King Farm community functions. The Conservancy’s primary function is to manage King Farm’s community-wide shuttle bus to and from the Shady Grove Metro. The walk to the Shady Grove Metro station is approximately 15 minutes.

King Farm Condominium owners pay dues to our condominium association, the KFCA, and the Conservancy. Our Condominium’s management company, Abaris Realty, Inc., bills owners for our association’s dues as well as for the KFCA and Conversancy.

There are a variety of retail shops and restaurants within King Farm. Most of them are an approximately 15 minute walk from the King Farm Condominium buildings.

Rockville Town Center, which is approximately 2 miles from our buildings, features a collection of retail stores, restaurants, and public events. Rockville city and Montgomery county provide local governmental services.
